Class Details: Want to learn how to build an impressive charcuterie board, just in time to share with your friends and family on Thanksgiving?! Then join us at Brick & Barley on Wednesday, November 27th and learn from a charcuterie board lover, Ashley DiPuma, about just how to build a beautiful, delicious and crowd pleasing appetizer!  

At the event, you'll build a charcuterie board with Ashley's guidance and then you'll pack it up, bring it home and throw it in your fridge and it will be ready for you to bring to Thanksgiving the next day!  

Included in the ticket price:  Cheeses (Colby Jack, Mild Cheddar, Pepper Jack, and Brie), fruit, veggies, olives, almonds, crackers, seasonal candies, a 3oz jar of Savannah Bee Company Honey & honey dipper. Also included: one glass of wine or tap beer from Brick & Barley. A disposable 16' container is included in the ticket price.  

Suggested extras: If you have additional items you'd like to include on your board, bring them along! Suggestions might include other cheese likes Havarti, Gouda, or Goat Cheese or meats such as salami or prosciutto.

What to bring to the Event: Small cutting board, kitchen knife , apron 

Time: The class will start at 6:30, but feel free to come anytime between 6:30 and 7:30 to get started. If you'd like to grab dinner at Brick & Barley, we recommend you do that first before starting to build your board. As soon as your board is completed, you'll need to get home to get it in the fridge for Thanksgiving!
